1.      You will need to purchase the individual VoIP handsets for each extension
Wired @ $279.00 per handset. Should you wish to use wired (as opposed to wireless) phones each extension will require a standard Ethernet port (network port) connected to a switch ($189.00 for an 8 port switch).
Wireless - $357.00 for the base station and one phone plus $180.00 for each additional handset – the advantage of this being that you would not need cabling. Each base station is capable of handling 3 additional handsets. These phones will require an Ethernet port on an internet connected switch and wireless router.

2.      There is a $49 setup fee for your Hosted PBX, then an ongoing commitment of $25 per month (exclusive of any minimum call spend) and includes:
·         One In-Dial Number number
·         IVR Greeting at entry level In-Dial Number
·         Configuration of sub group extensions such as sales, support, administration groups (not geographically dependant)
·         Voicemail to email
·         Advanced call management
Each extension on your Hosted PBX will be on the IP Office plan at $12.95 per month and includes an individual In-Dial Number for that extension.
Call Costs:
Local
10c untimed
Capital Cities
10c untimed
Regional
10c untimed
Mobiles from
14c/min  - 14c flagfall
Overseas from
2.9c/min

3.      Configuration of the system would involve 3 hours of our technicians labor @ $66 p/h.

4.      To ensure continuity of service when moving offices you will need to get a new number through your current provider and have your old number forwarded to the new number until the VoIP is fully functional – it may take a couple of days in the crossover period – so you will need only need to pay for this number for a period of one month.

5.      To ensure a business grade VoIP service it is recommended that you have an ADSL internet connection that is separate from your browsing/email internet connection. The cost is $59.95 per month using an Internode Naked connection (highly recommended for mission critical internet). The only issue I can see here is that you will need to have at least 2 existing phone lines in the new premises or you will need to have another phone line connected. If you can guarantee that internet use was to be minimal then you could use only one internet connection for both VoIP and browsing/email.
