Our purpose
To make technology the least stressful part of running your business — so the people you employ spend their day on customers, not on hold.
Since 2007, from the Northern Beaches to the CBDOne partner · Not five suppliers
Every extra vendor with access to your systems is another set of credentials, another support queue and another gap for things to fall through. Keep your IT, your network, your website and your marketing with one Sydney team — one standard, one invoice, one number to call.
The problem
Email sits with one company. The website with another. The network was set up by someone who has since moved on, and nobody is quite sure who holds the admin password. When something breaks, the first hour goes on working out whose problem it is.
Every line is a hand-off. Every hand-off is a queue, a ticket number and the same story explained again from the beginning.
You call one number. We already know the network, the mail platform, the site and the campaigns — because we look after all of them.
The maths
Nothing about your technology gets simpler by adding another supplier to it. This is what folding it back into one relationship actually changes.
What we're here for
To make technology the least stressful part of running your business — so the people you employ spend their day on customers, not on hold.
Since 2007, from the Northern Beaches to the CBDTo be the only technology partner a Sydney business needs: helpdesk, security, cloud, networks, websites, video and marketing, all held to the same standard by the same team.
One roof, one standardKnow your setup properly, keep it monitored and patched, explain it in plain English, and answer the phone ourselves. Do that consistently and there is nothing left for a second supplier to do.
2-hour response in business hoursIf there's no work to do, there's no charge. It's a user-pays model — no padded retainer, no hours you have to ration, no pressure to find something for us to bill.
No padded retainers, everCoverage
A specialist is excellent at one axis of this chart. The trouble starts in the gaps between them — which is exactly where most incidents live.
Chart shows breadth of coverage held by one provider, not a quality ranking. The outer ring is “we handle this end to end”; the dashed shape illustrates a typical specialist's remit.
Escalation
Up to four hand-offs before anyone opens a console — and you're the one carrying the context between them.
One call. Mail, DNS, hosting and network are all ours, so the investigation starts immediately instead of after the introductions.
The advantages
Our own helpdesk answers, in business hours, with a two-hour response — and they can already see your systems.
The same monitoring, patching, backup and password discipline across everything — not four different interpretations of “secure”.
When the boundary between web, mail and network is inside one company, there is no boundary left to argue about.
No briefing document, no “can you send us a diagram”. We built it, we documented it, we monitor it.
Predictable billing, packages priced up front, and one conversation each year instead of five staggered contracts.
A new office, a new starter, a new campaign landing page — one brief, one team, no three-way scheduling.
What one partner covers
Most agencies do one of these and hand you a phone number for the rest. We run all three in-house — which is why nothing gets stuck in the gap between them.
The layer everything else stands on. We hold your users, devices, network, cloud and backups — so when the website goes quiet or mail stops arriving, the people who fix it already know how your systems are wired. No triage call to work out whose problem it is.
More infoMarketing that can actually see the site it's promoting. Because we host and build the website too, a campaign brief never stops at “ask your developer” — tracking, landing pages and copy get changed by the same team, in the same week.
More infoThe site, the hosting, the domain and the DNS held by the people who also run your mail. That's the record that breaks two things at once when a stranger edits it — and the reason a website migration here doesn't take your email down with it.
More infoOne standard, one invoice, one number to call — whichever of the three you started with.
The one partner review
Tell us which team you need and answer a few quick questions. You'll get a straight assessment of where you stand and a practical roadmap in plain English — and the findings are yours to keep either way.
We reply within 2 business hours. You'll reach our own helpdesk on the Northern Beaches — not a call centre, and not a sales script.
Fair questions
Consolidating suppliers is a real decision with real trade-offs. Here's how we'd argue both sides of it.
For a deep, one-off piece of work — a complex data migration, a specialist compliance audit — a specialist often is the right call, and we'll say so.
Day to day it's different. Most problems businesses actually lose time to sit between systems: mail and DNS, network and cloud, website and hosting. Those are the gaps a single-service supplier is contractually not responsible for. We keep specialists in each discipline in-house, so you get the depth without owning the gaps.
No. Most clients start with one area — usually IT support or backup — and add the rest as contracts come up for renewal. If an existing supplier is doing good work, keeping them is a perfectly sensible answer.
What we'd suggest is knowing exactly what each one covers. The review gives you that map whether you move anything or not.
It's the right question to ask, and the answer is documentation and access. Your licences, domains and accounts stay in your name. Systems are documented, monitored and backed up, and you can take that documentation with you.
The single point of failure we see far more often is the opposite: four suppliers, none of whom hold the whole picture, and one password that only a former employee knows.
It's a user-pays model. Support packages are priced up front, and if there's no work to do in a month, there's no labour to pay for — you're not funding hours you have to find a use for.
You can see the published package pricing on our IT support page, or buy support in blocks and move to a managed service later.
Never, if we can help it. We stage it: audit first, then the area carrying the most risk, then the rest as it makes sense. Migrations happen out of hours where they'd otherwise interrupt your day.
You'll get the order of work in plain English, with priorities, before anything is touched.
Managed IT support and helpdesk, cyber security, managed networks, cloud backup, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, computer repairs, VA recruitment, websites, hosting and domains, videography and photography, and digital marketing — SEO, Google Ads, social and content.
All of it delivered by our own team from Sydney's Northern Beaches, and held to the same security standard.
