One key part is remote access tooling — it lets us reach your systems and networks without having to be physically present, so we can troubleshoot quickly regardless of where you or we happen to be.

The plan also includes monitoring software that watches your systems and networks in real time, detecting potential threats or vulnerabilities and alerting us immediately so we can act before they become a problem.

UniFi OS is what lets us manage your whole network from anywhere in the world, instead of only when someone's on site. We supply the essential equipment — UniFi switches and access points, plus a UDM Pro — and our team manages that equipment and the network as a whole, keeping everything updated and secure.

That means we can spot problems early and keep things running smoothly, without you having to think about it.

Day-to-day IT networking in Sydney means staying on top of things before they become a problem, not reacting after the fact. UniFi firmware is updated automatically on a weekly basis, so your systems stay current against evolving threats.

We use port management to block all incoming connections except those we explicitly allow, which lets us strictly control access — only authorised users and specific machines can connect.

If a connection attempt fails, the IP block feature promptly blocks that IP address and notifies our team, and that applies to everyone who fails verification, authorised users included. Blocked addresses stay blocked until we manually unblock them from our end, adding a further layer of protection.

Backups run offsite daily with unlimited versions, and they're monitored every day for missed or failed runs. Any issues are rectified as part of the monthly price — not billed as an extra.

We also carry out monthly test restores, because a backup nobody has restored from is only a theory. That's how you know your data is intact and recoverable.
